This project contains 300+ textile names, many of which are currently obsolete, which were recorded in cargo lists and ship invoices (Dutch: factuur). Early modern spelling irregularities, translation then and now across multiple languages and alphabets have produced many variations for each term. Also includes currencies, values, geographies and measuring units.
